I made Iris Sugar Bowl on the potter’s wheel from stoneware clay. It has a flat bottom and a seated lid. I dipped the bowl and the lid in a cream rust glaze and then I overlapped each with a matte purple glaze. The overlapped creates a slight “lacy” effect.
