Taos Small Pitcher was thrown on the potter’s wheel and then altered to form the pouring spout. I pulled the handle directly from the pot after trimming the bottom.
Overlapping blue, green, cream and gold glazes create a dynamic surface reminiscent of the landscapes of Northern New Mexico – mountains, clouds, sky, and trees.
Use this small pitcher for honey, syrup, gravy, or even as a flower vase. Taos Small Pitcher makes a lovely addition to your table and dinnerware service.
Fired in a conventional electric kiln to 2200 degrees F. Dishwasher, microwave safe. (If refrigerated, allow the pitcher to come to room temperature before heating in the microwave.)
