Orders

• Items on this website usually will ship within 24-48 hours.

• Please allow 2-4 weeks for back-ordered items.  We will relay expected shipping dates by email once the order is received.

• We can custom order just about anything that is NOT wood fired. Please call or email to discuss options.

• Wood fired pieces are unique and wood firing occurs irregularly. We do not custom or back order wood fired work.

• Paintings ship without frames.  Please call the studio directly if you wish to have the painting framed prior to shipping.

Shipping  Policies

• USPS shipping/handling/insurance within the contiguous 48 United States are included in the price of each item (Please call for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska  Internationally).

• We ship directly from the studio via USPS priority mail, fully insured.

• You will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number.

• Please call or email us with any shipping concerns or requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and wishes.

Return Policies

• Notify us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged.  Keep all packaging materials. Shippers will not pay out insurance without it.

• Contact us immediately if you have concerns, questions, or are dissatisfied with the item/s you receive.

• We do not issue credit card credits or refunds, but we promise to do our best toward a satisfactory alternative, either by offering an exchange or store credit.
