Description
I made 2nex on the potters wheel, in three parts: bowl turned up side down and two necks. Flat bottom. And the end of a cane used as a cork for a third element.
The body is natural clay with red iron oxide wash. I made marks and dents here and there. Each neck is piped with black satin glaze.
2nex is strictly playful sculptural; put a dried flower or two in the bottle necks if you must.
Makes a unique wedding, anniversary, housewarming, or holiday gift. Gift yourself! Adds a bit of whimsy and imagination to any home.
7″ x 7″. Fired to 2200 degrees F in oxidation.
